CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

This Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy (Policy) explains how you may cancel an order, return items, and request refunds when you purchase products from the Website. 1. Cancellation of Orders
– If you place an order on the Website and wish to cancel it, you may contact us at +91 82400 68468 or email support@oillife.in as soon as possible.
– Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched/shipped from our fulfilment centre.
– Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You would instead need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return (see section 3).
– In case we cancel your order (for reasons such as out‑of‑stock product, pricing error, logistical issue or suspected fraud), you will be notified at the email or phone number provided at the time of order and any payment you made will be refunded in full.

2. Returns – Eligibility & Conditions
– If you receive a product from us and wish to return it, you must ensure that the request is made within [7] days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a return.
– The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all seals, tags and packaging intact.
– We may require proof of purchase (order number, invoice, delivery receipt) before accepting a return.

– Products that are opened, used, or not in the original packaging may not be accepted for return, or may be subject to a deduction or may be rejected at our discretion.

3. Return Process

– Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the pickup or drop‑off of the item.
– You may be responsible for shipping/returning the item unless otherwise specified.
– Items must reach us in the condition as stated above for the return to be accepted.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
– After we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:
  – Refund: We will credit the amount you paid for the returned product (minus any applicable deductions) back to your original payment method within [10 business days].
  – Exchange: If you prefer, we will send you a replacement product (subject to availability) at no additional cost.
– Refunds will be made for the product’s value; shipping charges, if any, may not be refunded unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

7. Return Shipping Costs & Deductions
– Unless the return is due to our error, you may be responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.
– Any shipping or delivery charges incurred at the time of original purchase may not be refundable unless explicitly stated.

8. Timing of Refunds
