  • We strive to dispatch products as quickly as possible; however, order processing may take longer during festive seasons, promotions, or unforeseen logistical delays.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India to most major cities and towns.
  • Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable PIN codes may take longer or may be unavailable. If your location is outside our delivery network, our team will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time for most Indian locations: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Tier-3 or remote areas: 7–12 business days, depending on courier availability.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or government restrictions.

Note: OLILife will make every effort to deliver your order promptly, but we are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen events.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered for select orders as displayed on the product or checkout page.
  • Orders that don’t qualify for free shipping may incur a nominal delivery fee, based on order value, delivery location, or product weight.
  • All applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link or number via email/SMS.
  • Use this link to check the live status of your shipment.
  • If you don’t receive tracking details within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts to your provided address.
  • If you’re unavailable, please ensure someone can receive the parcel on your behalf.
  • If delivery fails repeatedly, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
  • OLILife is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
  • If the shipment returns due to an incomplete address, re-delivery charges will apply.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

  • We take utmost care to ensure your products arrive safely.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@oillife.in or call +91 82400 68468.
  • Provide your order number and photos/videos of the package and product so we can resolve the issue quickly.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Events like natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, courier issues, or government restrictions may cause delays. We’ll do our best to keep you updated via email or SMS.


10. Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on stock and warehouse locations. Each shipment will have its own tracking details.


11. Non-Receipt of Package

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery period and there’s no update, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll coordinate with our courier partners to locate or replace your order.
